Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:
- Registrations canceled on or before September 26, 2025 will receive full refund of payment received.
- Cancellations made between September 27 and October 10, 2025, will incur a fee of $50 - deducted from refund amount of each registration canceled.
- No refund will be permitted for cancellations on or after October 11, 2025.

Transferring Registration to Different Attendee:
- Registration may be transferred to a different attendee through October 22, 2025, but no transfers are allowed on or after October 23, 2025.
- Refer to your Confirmation Email for details on how to access and make changes to an existing registration.
